Disclose Me

Today we learned OHI (oral hygiene instructions) and we practiced them on eachother. We also learned how to assess a PFI (plaque-free index). I did not score very well on my PFI and I learned that I need to brush more on my buccal surfaces go figure. We used a disclosing agent that turned my tongue bright pink! I passed off my exploring PE with Instructor Demmings' help. It was scary but I am feeling more and more comfortable in someone's mouth each day!
